Frequently Asked Questions

Energy & Accessibility

"This sounds promising, but I'm barely functioning - do I have the energy for this?"
This approach is designed specifically for those "just barely" functioning - who can work part-time or handle basic self-care but feel they've lost their real life. We start with what's possible: 10 minutes of daily practice and weekly sessions that build capacity rather than depleting it further.

"What if I have to miss sessions or practice on bad days?"
We expect fluctuations. Many clients have good days and crash days. We work with this reality rather than expecting perfect consistency. The practice itself helps make these fluctuations less extreme over time.

"Can I do the breathwork sitting instead of standing? I get dizzy easily."
Absolutely. All practices can be modified based on your capacity. Sitting, lying down, or even brief standing practice - whatever serves your nervous system rather than straining it.

Common Concerns

"I'm seeing doctors for my fatigue - is this meant to replace medical care?"
Not at all. This work complements medical treatment. Most clients continue working with their healthcare providers while adding this approach to address what conventional medicine often misses.

"I've tried everything. What makes this different?"
Most approaches try to fix symptoms by fighting them. This approach works by changing your relationship with symptoms. It's the difference between waging war against your body versus forming an alliance with it.

"Does this mean my symptoms are 'all in my head'?"
Absolutely not. Your symptoms are real, physical experiences. This approach recognizes that your nervous system, body, mind, and spirit are connected systems - not separate entities. Addressing one affects the others.

"I'm skeptical about spiritual approaches. Is that a problem?"
Not at all. You can approach this work through a purely neurobiological lens if that fits better. The practices work regardless of how you frame them - as nervous system regulation, energy work, or spiritual practice.

Practical Questions

"How quickly will I notice changes?"
Most clients notice subtle shifts in their first month of practice - not necessarily reduced symptoms, but a different relationship with them. The work builds progressively from there at your system's pace.

"What if I have good weeks and bad weeks?"
That's normal and expected. This approach is designed to work with your fluctuations rather than demand consistency. Over time, many find the highs and lows become less extreme.

"Can I start with just the breathwork course to see if this approach works for me?"
Absolutely. The 28-day course is designed as a standalone experience and as preparation for deeper work. Many clients start there to test the waters.

"If I'm having a particularly bad day, can we reschedule sessions?"
Yes. While consistency helps, forcing sessions when you're crashed can be counterproductive. We find the balance between commitment and flexibility.
